Given the position of the sponges that soak up overspray from borderless printing, it is probably best to stick with the 3880's supported borderless widths of 3.5. 4, 5, 8, 8.3, 8.5, 10, 11, 11.7, 13, 16, 16.5, and 17 inches.
I don't know why the driver supports borderless 17 x 22 inch printing, but not for example, 17 x 25 inch borderless.
