i've bought a nikon d3200...is this a good investment or should i upgrade/ d5100 etc?

what would be the next camera up from this price, in levels of its features?

i keep readings its a beginners camera...and i don't want to be left with a camera i can't do much with in months to come...

im seriously considering exchanging it for a canon 650d.... or the nikon d5100 which is less money...

what do you guys think?

im new to slr and i havent had a real play with it just yet...
