High-ISO NR on K5IIs

I agree with Dean that this likely does not apply to RAW - that's my assumption and I've left it off on mine. But, you could probably figure it out with a few minutes of testing - shoot some high ISO with and then without, then process and compare. I'm pretty impressed with the high ISO, screen-OK shots in dim light at 12800 with only some LR NR - pretty amzing.
