The A900/850 Look to the A99

I don't have a dog in this fight because I own neither, nor am I coming from the perspective of another camera, but, from looking through this forum for several years now, my personal, subjective take is I like the "rendering" from the sensor of the A900/850 images I have seen here more than the A99.  I certainly know that the A99 sensor is more technically advanced and would measure more DR, less noise, etc.  But the images I have seen from the A900/850 just "feel/look" more filmic - probably the most of any digital camera I have ever see images from.  Almost like the Digilux 2 that had its own "look" for a camera of that time - it's like those two Sony's really had their own look.

Just my take.
