Lens for a77

I had a FZ50 and I loved that cam. Got it when it first came out and when the G1 came out, I bought one with the 14-45 and 45-200 thinking it would be even better than the FZ50. It really was not though because the FZ50 had such a good lens. When that FZ100 came out, I thought I had to have one, but the images where too noisy and I sent it back. When the A33 came out, got one and now have A77.

I think what you are looking for might be the A77 with the 18-270 PZD. The 18-270 is a pretty good lens and only falls down when it's at 270mm. The only problem is distortion on the short end of the lens and that is easily fixed in most major editing programs.
