SD to CF adapter

Hi all,
I notice that all the SD to CF adapters I've looked at mean you have to remove the CF card from the camera in order to slide the SD card in the side........so I just wondered if there are any adapters that have the SD slot on the end meaning you don't need to remove the adapter from the camera to get at the card.
Had a look around but couldn't see anything.
