Opinion: Best form of SR for telephoto shooting.

Correct me if i'm wrong but IBIS clearly seems to show better. However consider that Nikons VR wasn't necessarily designed for long term operation such as video recording but the IBIS in the K-5 is likely refined for video capture when in video mode.
