T-shirt "Product Shots" w/ models NO FACE SHOWN

Hey all,

I am new to the DPReview community. Thanks for having me here! I need to get some feedback on the setup I have to work with for a shoot I am doing in the next week or so.

1 - Nikon sb-700

1 - Alien bee b-800

1 - 36" Umbrella / has option to shoot through as well

2 - Light stands

2 - Pocket Wizard Plus III's

I know a decent amount about this gear, but I would love to know where I should place the lighting to get the best results. Do I need to get a softbox or another umbrella? Which light should be on my subject and how? Just basically how should this be setup?
