Has anyone noticed?

That since the firmware upgrade for the A57 that when you connect your camera to your computer that it has the new files ready for transfer almost immediately.
Before if I had lots of Images on my card it would take almost couple of minutes to come up with the number of new images that needed to be transferred.
Or is this some setting that I have changed that has improved it (if it is I dont know what I did lol)
