Fixing focus spot/diamond on OM-D

Perhaps the answer is to RTFM, but before I dig for that and through that, does anyone have the answer(s) for how to lock the OMD focus spot or diamond so that it does not inadvertently get moved ever time the control diamond gets accidentally brushed or touched?  (It is glove season here!)
