I used and was very happy with my 7-year-old 20D until this year, when the higher resolution, video, and articulated LCD of the 60D won me over. Til then, the 30D, 40D, and 50D were interesting but not sufficiently tempting for me to retire the 20D. However, I do still use the 20D and I still like it. It was my first DSLR. All the DSLRs that came before it failed to give me a snappy, film-body-like response. (I owned a Canon FTb and T70, both great film SLRs.)

The 20D is still a great camera. The 60D is fabulous for what I do. Nope, I do not shoot birds in flight, but the photos are sure cool.
