video card for ~100€ (RADEON or Nvidia)??

Any of those cards you mentioned are good enough..If it works with Intels 4000 it will work with them.

It is OpenGL & OpenCL you need mostly. The Gt650 or GT 650ti would be better. It has OpenCL/OpenGL/Kuda etc.
