7D and choice of CF cards

Hi All

I am sure this has been asked but could not readily find the answer..... oops

I have been using my Sandisk Ultra 30MB/s 8GB cards in my 7D but am now shopping to add to the numbers.  So found that the Extreme 8GB 60MB/s UDMA are a reasonable price, however seeing the UDMA suddenly rang a warning bell as to whether the 7D could properly handle that???

I have updated the firmware to v.2.0.1 but not the most recent which I think was v.2.0.3 ???  Not to hand to check exact version I am trying to remember.

So to cut to the chase are these AOK and indeed how do you find them in use?
