Outside with the good light I prefrere P mode.
Inside with the good to low light if you prefrer more "natural" darker video - use 'P' mode.
If light is bad you should be completely save with iA.
Is general iA works perfectly fine.

I usualy try and relly on trial&error "technique" but because of chronic lack of time these days I asked here for some pointers.
As iA is concerned I think that it is on on all shooting modes when you push dedicated movie button. Only when you set mode dial on Creative Video Mode it alowes you full potential for manual settings through PASM and High Speed.
