Opening Kodak Photo CD files

I have an old Kodak Photo CD with .PCD images on it and do not know how to open the files in my Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit computer.  Can anyone help?  I tried to open them in Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended, but get the error message:

"Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document."
