another silver lens...

While I agree that both colors would be better, I like the look of silver lenses on black bodies.  Lots of people do.  As the prior poster pointed out, lots of Canon, Sony and Minolta users have liked white lenses on black bodies.  Used prices for silver Pentax ltd primes seem to be higher than their identical black bretheren (at least when last I checked).

It would be nice to have a cost-neutral black alternative, but I don't get the angst about silver.
