I would suggest two flash from both side:

A cheap bracket like this could be good:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Flexible-Dual-arm-Dual-shoe-Flash-Bracket-for-MACRO-SHOT-for-CANON-NIKON-PENTAX-/330702834035?pt=Camera_Flash_Accessories&hash=item4cff6cc973

With two small flash like that:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/YINYAN-CY-20-Small-mini-Hot-Shoe-Flash-w-PC-Sync-Port-/250419260160?pt=Digital_Camera_Flashes&hash=item3a4e26ab00

All cost is $52.

It is a manual setup although.

Nikon CLS is better but than you need stronger brackets and two cls flashes like SB600-800-700-900 or Yn 560EX:

Two of this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fotomate-LP-01-2-Way-Macro-Shot-Focusing-Focus-Rail-Slider-for-Canon-Nikon-DSLR-/261085812378?forcev4exp=true&forceRpt=true#ht_4050wt_1127

and one longer is OK, you can use cheap softboxes as well.

You can save a lot by E-Bay.
