Better way to carry K-5

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I'm looking for a better way to carry my K-5 while hiking. I have a pretty compact camera bag for additional lenses and stuff, but I'd like to keep the K-5 out and ready, but not hanging from a traditional neck strap.
