What flash would you recommend for XE1?

Basically I am seriously considering picking up a XE1, with kit zoom to start with.  I was considering the OMD, but the XE1 sounds promising, and love the XP1 IQ.

Anyway, I use the SB700 off the D7000 for some of my shooting.  If I pick up a XE1, what flash would be best to use off the hot shoe?

I don't mind buying one of the fuji flashes for TTL, but I read somewhere TTL wouldn't work off camera with Fuji.  Didn't have any idea if this was true, or there was a cable/remote that would let it work.

Would my SB700 work with the XE1?  Didn't think so, but thougt it would be asking here.
