Q Flash system with Nikon

Hi,

I am new to the Nikon's CLS; I planned to buy SB-910 for CLS; I own D700; ....  Quantam flash system seems to be more attractive in view of over heating issues with Nikon SB systems during continuous shooting ! .. My question to you guys, who have used Q- 5XL/Q-5TDR system with Nikon system:-

1. How reliable is the Q flash in Nikon's patent i-TTL mode compared to SB- 910? .... I mean in view of correct exposure.

2. Is it possible to use Q flash system with Lastolite ezy soft box? ... I own 24'X24" soft box.

3. Do you think the Q-flash system is some where between the SB system and studio strobe system in regards to power output ( 150W/S  or  250W/S), compared to SB-910  ?
