I agree that window dressing is your best.
There is good rhythm and excellent timing. There is no disgrace in profiting from design professionals who created such a graphically strong window, as long as you add to it, which you did by capturing this peak moment. I think it fair to say you captured a peak moment of performance.
There are pros and cons to framing from your waste and at eye level with the viewfinder. You could have made more conscious decisions with the latter. Waste level was good for this seated subject. The key thing is to be conscious of the tradeoffs.
