Time Lapse problems with OM-D E-M5

went to shoot time lapse stuff last night...

correct me im wrong, i turned off IS, mounted the camera on a tripod, shot in manual mode with my remote shutter, also shot RAW.

so when i come back home i pop in all the photos into Lightroom 4.1, and set the correct exposure to the first photo, sync all the settings. but for some reason, the color still flickers? isnt every single shot suppose to be the same here? uploaded a vid... please give me some pointers... thanks ><

PS... the video was also a bit shaky... had to correct that in after effects... im using a manfrotto 190 trippod... also thought that should be pretty stable?

VIDEO here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3SWFZwoLPs

shake correction off here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUwXNU_EROI&feature=youtu.be

Thanks a million!
