Well comparing lenses...Oly has more.

The oly has IBIS. So all lenses are stabilized

The oly has better focusing(best out of all mirrorless)

The oly has better video (not as good as the GH3 but better vs the GH2)

The oly has a tilting touch screen.

The oly is very small and(for me) is a little to small with the amount of buttons it has.

The oly's button are very small.

The oly has very good ooc JPEG's

The oly's EVF is 240(i think)

The oly is weather sealed

The XE-1 has all of the innards of the XP1. (this is a good thing)

The XE-1 is going to have better IQ...how ever slight it may be.

The XE-1 also has very good ooc JPEG's

The XE-1 might not have that MANY lenses....but all are very good and not really all that expensive(IE 35mm 1.4)

The XE-1 is going to give you Shallower DOF.

The XE-1 is going to have better ergonomics(less button's, larger buttons)

The XE-1 has a built in flash

The XE-1's EVF is 2.3 million dots.

The XE-1 has a fast, high quality zoom lens.

Do you need a bounceable flash?

Do you need the any of the lenses that oly offers?

Do you enjoy processing raw files?(in favor of the M5)
