Used D80

I just bought a used D80 from a seller on Amazon for $240. The description said it was used as a backup and the only reason it was being sold is because the owner replaced it with a D200. Well I didn't think anything about shutter count when I bought it. I took a pic and uploaded it to Myshuttercount.com and behold 68k+ clicks. Considering there are other cameras with WAY less on them for not much more than what I paid, do I even need to be worrying about it? To be honest, I was also expecting a little less wear for a backup. It seems to be working fine, but I just got it a few hours ago.
