Blueish streak

mmm, I know people have mentioned the blue smudge but I have this (only occurs with light source diagonally behind and slow shutter, appears at all apertures) any ideas? if I decrease speed a bit its gone. Seems as though it appears when there is not enough light getting in... only light source was off to the left in the room (dull globe).
