thanks for sharing ! This is quite a discovery for me. Those recent buildings look very much like the ones found in Andalusia (in Sevilla, Granada or Cordoba); I'd say that those ancient palaces and mosques are still looking finer than the Paris one, although none is still used as a mosque, as far as I know.

Pleasure - indeed the design of this Paris mosque was based on Moorish architecture from Andalusia.

Not as impressive on the inside, but I did go there with a couple of Polish girls I met there, which so happened to be at the same time an all female tv crew from Holland were filming thee as well
