Sigma 150/2,8 w MMF-3 on E-M5: having trouble

In addition I tried the Sigma 150/2,8 HSM on my E-500 & E-620. Both worked fully OK with it.

I also tried the OM-D/MMF-3 with the (4/3) Zuiko 14-42, which I have mostly been using with the E-620. Worked very well, slow, but AF came in spot on.
