Advice please: EX2F for £269 from Hong Kong vendor

I have discovered one or two vendors on eBay offering the EX2F (new, unopened) at way below £300 at Buy It Now prices. Does anyone know of any issues I should be aware of? IE:

1. Will any tax be due on top of the price?

2. Will the warranty be covered?

3. What about the video recording, being they are shipped from HK, will it still be subject to the ridiculous EU limit of 30 minutes?

4. Any other issues one should consider?

I am aware I can ask the vendor direct, but more interested in an unbiased response based on any real world experience.

(Whilst on the subject of the EX2F, I got to play with one yesterday and v impressed with indoor shots, mind you, was in a well lit store. Any user feedback welcome as there is not much on this forum. I sense this is going to be another 'cult' camera from Samsung like the EX1.)
