i dont know what lens they were using but they sent me several shots and even the groups were as bad .
That would be a truly horrible lens. I agree with Mike, the Canon shots clearly seem to be OOF. If it's consistent, I would guess it's a miscalibrated AF system... (but really, they should have noticed that before)
