Go back to the "Noise" part of the review and add the Fuji X-Pro 1 for the Canon 5D MK II in the JPG and the RAW diagrams. http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikon-d600/13
Now switch NR "off" under the D600 tab, so all camera NR is turned off. Now switch on the top right from "Samples" to "Graph".
Now you'll see that the X-Pro 1 is the winner from ISO 3200 and up in JPG and the winner from ISO 400 and up in RAW.
But those are just the scientifically calculated results. From your judgement of the photo comparison, you might prceive the actual image results differently - and that is totally normal.
But overall these 4 cameras are all capable of good results at high ISO.
