Similar story here. I never had my 5N serviced for the video clicking problem. My year warranty was running out, so I sent it to the Laredo facility. I also told them my LCD screen was delaminating. They fixed the click and installed a new LCD screen. They paid postage both ways and it was returned within 9 days. After all of the bad Laredo press last year, I was pleased at with service I received.
