Panasonic Leica 25mm 1.4 really a Leica?

no Leica equipment... Panasonic is very clear in its text describing Leica involvement

Leica only checked that Panasonic equipment (and only the part of equipment also - related to measurement and QA) is good, but that's it... it is not a Leica designed equipment, it is not a Leica designed lens.
