Sony Service!

Took my NEX in to a Sony Store for repair at the weekend, the grip was peeling off (a common problem). They told me it would take about 10 days to repair. The next Wednesday I received a phone call telling me to come and get it.

Not as impressive as the other tales here, but I was surprised by the speed.
