Imports from Canada exceed exports to Canada so maybe you have that backwards?
Many Canadians cross the bridge & spend money.
Oh it's not just those that come here.... it's your entire tax base pitching in.
Our Republican Governor talked your gov't into paying our portion of the bridge... all $550 Million of it. Plus, since Detroit is the busiest commercial crossing in North America, we are getting even more of that money. Sure it's only the Canadian dollar, but they add up.
