How do you get Auto ISO in M?

On my E-M5 AutoISO is not available in M mode. There's nothing between 12800 and 200. It can say "recommended ISO" on top, but this is not "AutoISO" that you have just below 200 in P, A, and S modes. Are you sure you are getting AutoISO somehow?
