Camera/Lens combinations... Moving from NEX-3

Hello everyone,

I currently have an NEX-3 with an SEL16F28 and have borrowed the SEL50F18 and SEL55210. I am looking at an upgrade and wanted someone's opinion. The three choices would cost me roughly the same.

Option 1: SLTA77VQ- SLTA77V with SAL1650

Option 2: SLT65VM and SAL50F14- SLTA65 with SAL18135 AND SAL50F14

Option 3: SLTA57M and DSCRX100

I mostly shoot pictures of family and and landscape.
