How big would a 100-200 f2.8 m43 OIS be?

yes all the test results I have seen suggest that the 100-300 should have been better at 100mm , I took several photos with each , and the 14-100 did come up noticeably better , perhaps due to the closeness of the shot 6-8 feet. I will try and do a more controlled test when the 35-100 arrives as it should hopefully deliver a bit better results. Yes it was the 105mm 2.8G VR. I basically used the lenses that i had with me { I was passing some time at my Mum's}. I think that's where the LW/PH data seems more useful to me as it typically gives a more reasonable expectation of final outcome {sensor + lens} as to be honest I find lens tests carried out in isolation then cross compared to other systems are not necessarily reflective of the final outcome{ image}.

Obviously these type of discussions go on regularly , and we usually get the results from Lenstip thrown in  as they do not use the more common LW/PH .I think in actual use the outcome is very different and I would not expect the difference between mFT and the D800 regarding this factor to be significant at all. When the 35-100 arrives I will { probably lol} get round to doing a more controlled test.
