Copper Hill still in business?

I have sent several emails to two different addresses on their website re purchase of Sensor cleaning kit and still no reply!?

Trying to contact them by email for over two weeks now, are they still in business?

I am UK Based and just need a couple of questions answered before I purchase!  To be honest I am getting a little pi@@ed off!

emails have not been returned so I am guessing they got them OK.  Maybe they just don't want my business?
