i wonder why one should not prefer Nikon over Canon !!

When I started years ago I did some research and decided that the Canon 350D was my best option.

So I bought into Canon and started building up a system.

Nowadays, had I to start from scratch, I'd probably go Nikon... but!

But Canon can do what I need it to do (for me) and I'm not rich enough to buy the equivalent stuff in the Nikon system (I'm not a very patient man)... so I will stay Canon and keep spending for Canon stuff.

Just bought a 1D X and I am in love with it I love my Canon primes. I wish Canon had an equivalent of Nikon's 14-24 and of the D800 and a better flash system. But I can live without them and still find satisfaction in photography done with my equipment
