S1, S2, S3, S5 Wednesday thread 2012.11.07

I read all these reports of crippled and fried S3 and S5 bodies and shed a tear for all those Super CCD sensors who have reached the end of the line. I make this promise. If I ever start buying lottery tickets and one of them wins big, I will start a company where you can send in your ailing Fujifilm S body and we will insert the Fuji sensor in a Nikon D7000, D7100 or whatever the current near top Nikon DX body is. All at an affordable price. Promise.

But don't wait for me, if someone wants to get this ball rolling you have my blessings.
