No pro's shoot Sony? Frank Doorhof long time Canon & Hasselblad shooter just got himself the a99

I think maybe you miss the point of those posts.  I don't think that they intend to say that literally *zero* pros shoot Sony ... any more than people mean *zero* photographers shoot film when they say "film is dead".  By "no pros" they mean "an insignificant number of pros".  I would certainly interpret any such remarks that way, anyway, since most everyone is aware, at least, of the Sony Artisans of Imaging (pros who are paid to shoot Sony) and Kirk Tuck, if not others.
