Setup Q-n for my Nikon D7000/SB800: versatile transmitter/receiver?

Hi, please reply if you are an experienced wedding photographer.

I'm looking to invest in an transmitter/receiver duo but one which allows me to

CONTROL THE FLASH OUTPUT WITHOUT TOUCHING THE FLASH - from a transmitter.

I'm NOT interesting in great number of channels as I'm not planning to work next to

other photographers. I'm LOST in all the options being offered in the magazines

and youtube and need your help. My price range is up to $400 if its going to last.
