Final product for client - Virtual Tour

Im a property photographer (not long in this business) and want to expand my services by offering my clients virtual tours.

What file I need to create or how can I deliver to my future client a final product for him to use?

After testing for last couple of days different softs I still have not understand what will be the final file I need to send to my future client what he can use after in his web? (its a property photography Virtual Tour project Im working on).
On Pano2VR I have created all possible files, but when I send to my friend he can't open it on hes computer, I can on my.
What file I need to create or how can I deliver to my future client a final product for him to use?
