You can't see the first picture because I somehow messed up trying to attach what I then repeated in the second Email. There is none...though I'll certainly be trying again - in 11 months.
These cranes, and also the geese and ducks we saw hunkered down in the increasingly snowy fields for another two or three days are all gone, as are even the pair of bald eagles we saw perched in trees right by the opposite side of the road (of course I didn't have my camera) as we slid into town in a near blizzard last Wednesday.
These "birdbrains" are obviously much wiser than the human population of this area!
