That "Magical Pop" or "3-D Feeling" possible with a D7000?

Naw, I'll probably get a D7100 for wildlife work if and when, especially if they improve the autofocus somewhere within hailing distance of Cam3500.  The simple fact of the matter is that a better sensor gets you a better picture, which why pros drag around the big stuff, which tops out at 80MP.  The "3D effect" referred to is down to two factors.  The better rendition of contrast at the micro and macro level increases the effect, as does the smoothness attributable to lower noise.
