D2X vs Fuji S5

I know, DR wise there is no competition, I love my Fuji, I love it for taking people's pictures, especially with my old lenses (50f1.4D, 300f4D, 35-70D, 80-200D no AF-S besides the recently acquired 10-24 which is the only DX lens I have), I have a fetish for the D2X, there is one on sale here where I live, I can test it before eventually taking it, I will check the shutter actuations and the price, scratches (I am picky!) and so on but what do you think about the comparison, say I will use it for landscape (leave portraiture to the S5) and sports (my son playing tennis where the S5 falls short with burst and AF speed) in natural light (I know, high ISO is a problem on both, if I could I would go for either a D3 or a D700 but am no pro and have no money for such gear), what do you think about the combo S5/D2X or how the two of them compare to each other?

My goal is to have two bodies so that I don't need to unmount and mount lenses all the time, I switch quite often and find myself more and more often cleaning dust off sensor and focusing screen.

Thank you
