That "Magical Pop" or "3-D Feeling" possible with a D7000?

The pixel density of the new D5200 and upcomming DX cameras should have more than the D800. So the potential for capturing and processing microcontrast (with quality lenses) should be in favor of DX for now.

That would be interesting to put to the test. I have been considering buying a D5200 as backup to my D800 when I get it.

If that happens, will test that theory out.
