Screens are handy - if not essential

The articulated LCD - preferably touchscreen - is about the best thing that ever happened for tripod work. A real back save for those of us who do product or still life, and very handy for landscape and architecture. Not to mention hand-held photography at odd angles.
I'm not ready to give mine up.
