heard starange tick

hello all!
Its my first post here!
I bought a canon 7d. Now I hear same strange tick when I turn the camera dwon left or down right. the noise cames from flash part. and I heard it only when flash not up. its not a lens.
Is any one have the same problem? is it supposed to be like that?
I have canon 40D and I heard the same noise.
