Studio Lighting setup

Hello everyone!!

I have bought studio lights set (Visico VE Durable Series) but was surprised that there is no instructions manual inside the box. I don't have any experience with studio lighting & wanted to experiment, hence I bought this not expensive set which the dealer has recommended.

I have few questions since there is no manual that I can refer to:

-the strobes have power cable & sync cable. How do I sync it to the camera?

-Do I need a trigger or I can use the built in flash or my SP 700. (btw, I am using D7000)
